General Terms

By accessing and using the pistack.io website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Pistackio provides web engineering consulting services, including but not limited to architecture refactoring, performance optimization, Angular development, and AI-assisted engineering. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property developed during an engagement is transferred to the client upon full payment. Pistackio retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies gained during engagements for future work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including rates, schedules, and methods, are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest as allowed by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Pistackio's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Serbia.
